Anoushka Shankar

Anoushka Shakar is the American and British sitarist. She was the first and first woman to receive the British House of Commons Shield she has had nine Grammy Awards nominations and was the first musician of Indian origin to perform live on stage and also serve as a presenter at the award ceremony. Anoushka Shakar is a promising young emerging star on the Indian Sitar is Anoushka. She is Ravi Shankar's pupil, and the daughter. Born in London in 1982.
