Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actress. Anna Gunn is a US actress. She has also played Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. She fell in love acting at Preparatory school prior to moving to Ohio with her family in early 1970s. She studied theatre at Northwestern University and spent a period studying at the British American Drama Academy. Anna was working as a theatre actor in the Chicago area for a few years prior to trying her hand at TV and films. Anna was selected to portray Arden on Down the Shore in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. In addition, she was on Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. In fact, it wasn't until the late 1990s when she was cast in an acting role on The Practice. The role was played by Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons throughout the decade of 2000. Skyler played Martha Bullock as Martha Bullock in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully was the Deadwood film and other films also featured her. Gunn was also on stage in David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. In 2022, Gunn was a part of a four-part audio-play podcast titled"Numbered Days.. The relationship between Walter White and his wife Skyler is the most prominent element of the story on Breaking Bad with the strained tension in their relationship, and the eventual end of their relationship mirroring the same arc of Walter White's last years of life.
